Unser Manifest

This manifesto outlines our intention as co-creators of allyCE.

It serves as a north star - clarifying the direction of travel, informing our decisions and transparently communicating what we stand for towards our stakeholders.

  1. We are deeply inspired and committed to contributing our part towards a circular economy and a regenerative new era that enables thriving and flourishing of all life.  

  2. We contribute our energy and creativity to allyCE - an ally for the circular economy transition. For us, allyCE is a passion. It is more than just a ‘job’.  

  3. We stand for collaboration, generosity and building an ecosystem. We understand and focus on our unique role in the ecosystem. We contribute with our specific skills and find partners who have complementary skills. 

  4. We believe that there is so much to innovate for this regenerative era. That there is abundance - more than enough for everyone - as long as we dedicate our energy and creativity where can contribute most.

  5. Our values are quality, collaboration, trust, and passion. 

  6. Our role is being an ‘ally for the circular economy’: To provide practical and user-friendly expertise to many, to connect actors within the ecosystem, and to enable change through systemic innovation towards circularity. Our focus is on enabling SMEs, coaches, scientists etc. who help businesses on the circular economy journey, in particular the thousands of small and medium-sized entreprises in Switzerland. 

  7. We stand for the regenerative paradigm (what can we ‘re-generate’?), rather than extraction (‘what can we take out?’). 

    1. We work with partners and supporters who share our vision and values. To make practical and user-friendly circular economy knowledge accessible to all, we work with philanthropy, research institutions and public funders to build free content. This makes up-to-date information freely accessible to all and enables us to accelerate the transformation. In parallel, we provide tailor-made additional content to partners and private-market enablers of the transformation. This additional content is paid for by the commercial partners.  

    2. Our way of working is regenerative to the team, our partners and clients. We are empathetic and generous, not extracting (information, energy, money, …) from them but focusing on contributing and win-win situations for all.
